Trap rolls are a quick and simple way to relax your traps, the muscles around your neck, and to begin to open your upper back.

A coo-coo-clock is a very simple and effective movement pattern. Its focus is removing or relaxing any tension you may feel coming from your middle back. 

Foot Rolls

Our whole foot is one big muscle being constantly used. Foot rolls are an effective way to relax the foot after all your daily activities and is a great way to avoid plantar fasciitis.
